Katie Clare is a registered nutritional therapist – She runs courses on food fermentation, and is available for consultations, on nutrition and wellbeing in Islington, where she is a resident nutritional therapist at Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms. She also has a virtual practice and is available via Skype. Katie is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Lesley Una Pierce lives in Lancashire, England and is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Hypno-Psychotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner. She is also a Director of The Nutritional Healing Foundation.
Lesley became involved with The Nutritional Healing Foundation in 2004 after working in the complementary therapy clinics of local hospices and in her own private practice.
Peter has spent more than fourty years in the field of health, both as a G.P. in London and Lincolnshire, and running his own health and nutrition service. As Peter states “My great passion was, and remains, the importance of good nutrition as the starting point for health”.
After 14 years practising medicine, Rangan believes a new approach to achieving and maintaining health is necessary. Rather than suppressing symptoms, he focuses on finding the root cause of disease.
Tess Strom is a registered Nutritional Therapist. She lectures on the Juicing for Health Short Course at CNM (College of Naturopathic Medicine), and will also be lecturing on CNM’s newly created Natural Chef Course.
